To place an order with Fairylicious Cakes, just fill out the order form and send it by email to Fairylicious HQ. If you would prefer to speak to us directly then contact us on 07528 212945. If you are stuck or there is a flavour you would like that you don’t see on here contact us, and we will be happy to make any recommendations.
We generally require 48 hours notice for orders of 6 cupcakes or more. Larger orders (more than 100 cupcakes) require 7 days notice. We recommend booking early to avoid disappointment. We will try to do our best to fulfil a last minute order if you are in a panic, just give us a call and we will see what we can do!
When you place an order with us we will send you an invoice; For smaller orders we require immediate payment, and for larger orders (12+) we require a 50% deposit on the cost of your order to cover us in case of any problems.
We understand that unforseen problems happen, so if you can no longer place your order with us then we will refund you 100% of the cost if you give us 2 weeks notice providing we haven’t ordered in special ingredients.
You can pay in a number of ways; either transfer the money online through your bank. Or simply go into your local bank and pay the money directly. All we ask is that you use the order number on the top of your invoice as a reference when paying so we know it’s you. *We regret we don’t accept cheques unless your order is placed 3 weeks in advance.*
Once that is done then your cakes will be freshly made, and either be awaiting your collection or delivered straight to your door adding that little bit of Fairylicious Magic into your life.
